At the O Spa, we are committed to promoting the talents and skills of the Cambodian people. We believe that with proper training and guidance, we can help provide livelihood opportunities for locals while also offering exceptional service to our clients.

To achieve this goal, we are proud to offer a FREE Beauty and Wellness training program in Phnom Penh. The program includes instruction in massage therapy, facial therapy and aesthetics, cosmetology, hair and scalp treatments, and more. Our highly qualified instructors provide hands-on training and personalized guidance to ensure that each student develops the skills necessary to succeed.

As part of our commitment to our students, we offer graduates who demonstrate exceptional skills and a strong work ethic the opportunity to work at our O Spa Beauty and Wellness center. We take pride in cultivating local talent and providing our guests with a one-of-a-kind experience that showcases the skills and expertise of the Cambodian people.

Our ultimate goal is to extend this program to other parts of Cambodia, creating even more opportunities for local people to benefit from our training and contribute to the growing beauty and wellness industry in the country.
